Bout of Books 18

 

Hello bookworms!!

I just got through saying in yesterdays post that I wanted to participate in more read-a-thons this year and here I am with my first one. I almost missed this one but thanks to Kendra @ reads and treats I caught it just in time. You can check out her post here.

For those of you who are not familiar with the bout of books read-a-thon here is a little overview from the organizers.

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 2nd and runs through Sunday, January 8th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 18 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog.

My goal for the week is to read 4 books. I have some books that I really need to get read that should have already been read so that’s what I am going to focus on for the next week.

The four books that I plan on reading are:

1. Corrupt Me by Jillian Quinn (Current Read)
2. Break Water by Errin Stevens
3. Choosing Xaverique by Karyn Sepulveda
4. Betraying Xaverique by Karyn Sepulveda

Hopefully I can knock out all four of these books in the next week but if not I will be happy with getting at least two of them knocked off my list. I will be doing a wrap up post at the end of the week to let you know how I did.
