Weekly Wrap Up

Weekly Wrap Up 8/13 – 8/19

weekly wrap up

Hello bookworms!!

It’s time for another weekly wrap up. Keep reading if you want to know how this week has gone for me.

Books I’ve finished this week

This week I was able to finish 3 books. Cold Sober is a poetry collection that I wanted to reread because when I read it last month I didn’t have a connection with it at all so I thought if I reread it something would click but sadly it didn’t. I finally read Everything, Everything and The Unexpected Everything and I ended up enjoying them both.

Books I’ve Started this week

I just started this book last night so I haven’t gotten very far into it so I don’t really know how I feel about it yet. This is my buddy read for the month with Payton @ Payton’s Book Thoughts. She is way ahead of me at the moment. I’ve only read like 47 pages and I think she is almost 100 pages in so I really need to step it up.

Miscellaneous

This week I haven’t watched any new movies and I haven’t been obsessing over any music like I was last week. I did start back watching Friends on Netflix. I finished season 3 and started season 4. I have a hunch that this next week I am going to be binging that show again.

As I am sure all of y’all know by now tomorrow is the total eclipse and I am hoping to be able to see it from my house. The local park has an event that they have aptly named Total Eclipse of the Park but I know it’s going to be packed with people who have travelled here to see it so I think I will just stay at home. Are any of y’all going to be able to see it where you live?

This week on the blog

That’s a wrap on this week. Sorry I didn’t have as much to share with you guys this week. I would love to hear how your week went. Also don’t forget to let me know if you are going to be able to see the total eclipse tomorrow.

  1. Glad you enjoyed Unexpected Everything! I liked it too, Morgan Matson is one of my fave contemporary authors 🙂 I still haven’t read or watched everything everything but I know it’s loved by a whole heap of people 🙂 Hope you have another awesome week!
