Hello bookworms!!
It’s time for another weekly wrap up. I have decided to not do a monthly wrap up for right now just to see how I like it. My idea right now is that in the last weekly wrap up of the month I will include some stuff that I would normally share with you in the monthly wrap up. I would love to know what you think.
Books I’ve finished this week
This week I only read two books although I did read through I Am More Than A Daydream twice. Ricochet is book #1.5 in the Addicted series. If you have been following me for a while you know that me and Payton @ Payton’s Book Thoughts buddy read the first book Addicted to You and both of us were not happy with that book. However, when we finished that one we both had to get the next book in the series. We decided to buddy read Ricochet together as well. When we started this book we were worried it wasn’t going to be much better than the first one but we both enjoyed this one so much more and we will definitely be carrying on with the series. I Am More Than A Daydream is a book of poetry and I absolutely loved it. I love the message it sends. I will be doing a full review on both of these books as soon I get caught up.
Books I’ve started this week
I haven’t actually started this book yet but I am hoping to start it today and hopefully finish it before the end of the month.
Miscellaneous
I haven’t been doing a whole lot this week. I was able to watch the Eclipse on Monday and where I live I was in the path for complete totality so that was pretty awesome. I also had to go to the eye doctor to get my eyes checked and it turns out that I need to wear glasses all the time now. I haven’t gotten my glasses yet I am currently waiting for them to call me and tell me they are ready.
As for what I have been watching. I have continued on with the TV show Friends. I am about halfway through season 4 at the moment. I am trying not to just fly through this show so I am trying to work my way through it slowly. I did watch a movie this week but it was just another re watch for me and that was the movie The Longest Ride based off the Nicholas Sparks book of the same name. So the fact that I re watched it tells you I love it.
I don’t have any specific songs I am obsessed with this week but all week I have been listening to boy band radio on Pandora. Yes I love boy bands and I am a grown woman. I grew up listening to the Backstreet Boys and Nsync among others and sometimes I get in the mood to listen to some boy band radio.

Great week! Sorry about the glasses. I’ve worn them since I was about 8, but I mostly use my contact lenses these days.

When I was a kid my entire family had glasses and I remember feeling left out so somehow I ended up with glasses even though I didn’t need them but I never actually wore them. I had glasses for the past 2 years but I never wore them because they were never quite right. I am really going to have to make myself wear them all the time now. I don’t think I could ever wear contacts.

I was the opposite! No one wore glasses. Initially vanity kept me in contacts, but now it’s ability. I don’t like the lack of peripheral vision when I wear glasses. I feel comfortable in my surroundings with contacts whereas I am super awkward navigationally with glasses! LOL

You had an awesome week! I’ve been so horrible about keeping up with my challenges. I should probably update those as much as I can. Lol

At this point I have only been keeping up with 3 of the challenges the other two have been the same for the past several months.
