August 2017 Book Haul

August 2017 Book HaulHello bookworms!!

I am excited to talk about all of the books I got in August so lets just jump right in.

Books I Got:

  1. At First Sight by Nicholas Sparks
  2. The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks
  3. I Know What You Did Last Summer by Lois Duncan

The first 3 books I found at my local Goodwill store and I think I only spent around $5.

  1. The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks
  2. The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
  3. A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini
  4. The Perfect Play by Jaci Burton
  5. The Husband’s Secret by Liane Moriarty
  6. All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
  7. The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt

This next stack of books all came from my library sale. My local library has a bag of books sale every few months and I try to go every time they have one. You can get a bag of books for $3. I could have probably fit some more books in my bag but they didn’t have anything else I wanted.

  1. P.S. I Like You by Kasie West
  2. Two by Two by Nicholas Sparks
  3. IT by Stephen King
  4. Struck by Lightning by Chris Colfer
  5. Alexander Hamilton by Jonathan Hennessey

I got each one of these books from different places. P.S. I Like You I won in an Instagram Giveaway. Two by Two I bought from Amazon because I just had to have it. I bought IT from Walmart because for some reason I decided I wanted to read this book in October. Struck by Lightning I found at the Dollar Tree for just $1. Alexander Hamilton is an ARC I received from Blogging for Books.

  1. Roughing by Jillian Quinn

Last but not least I received an eARC of Roughing from the author in exchange for my honest review.

So that’s all the books I bought, won, or received in August and I have already ordered my first book for September that I should have already received in the mail by the time you are reading this. What books did you get in August?
