My Rating:

Goodreads SynopsisAndie had it all planned out. When you are a politician’s daughter who’s pretty much raised yourself, you learn everything can be planned or spun, or both. Especially your future. Important internship? Check. Amazing friends? Check. Guys? Check (as long as we’re talking no more than three weeks).

But that was before the scandal. Before having to be in the same house with her dad. Before walking an insane number of dogs. That was before Clark and those few months that might change her whole life. Because here’s the thing—if everything’s planned out, you can never find the unexpected. And where’s the fun in that?

My ThoughtsIt has been a while since I read this book so this will probably end up being a mini review depending on how much I can recall.

This book was slow at first but it eventually picked up the further I got into it. I really enjoyed reading about the characters and the relationships between them.

I felt like the whole issue between Andie and her father was kind of glossed over. I mean she finally tells her father how she feels and then nothing really happens. It was like everything was fixed and they didn’t do anything to resolve it.

I freaking adored Clarke. I loved his character and I loved the relationship between him and Andie. They were so cute together.

Andie could sometimes be a little annoying but what teenager isn’t right?

Overall I thought this was a cute read and honestly I think the romance in here is what kept me reading.

Have you read this book yet? What did you think of it? Did we have any of the same opinions on it?

    1. I really enjoyed the book. It was a cute read i just had a couple “issues” with it but not so much so that it kept me from enjoying the book. I definitely think it’s worth a try.
