Hello bookworms!!
This week has been a lot less stressful than last week was. I haven’t really been doing a whole lot of anything except reading. I also went to the movies last night but we will talk more about that a little later in the post.
Books I’ve finished this week
I should have known reading three books in one week was too good to last. This week I have only finished one book. I absolutely loved this book and I was kicking myself for waiting so long to read it. I will be posting my review soon just know that it was a 5 star read for me.
What I’m currently reading
Even though I only finished reading one book this week I have been busy reading. This is rare for me to do but I am currently in the middle of 4 different books. I am currently on page 82/310 of November 9, page 101/531 of All The Light We Cannot See, page 152/422 of You, and page 220/1156 of IT. I don’t know what possessed me to start reading so many books at once but it’s working for me so far and I hope I can finish at least 3 of these before the end of the month.
Miscellaneous
I’ve made a little progress with that show Zoo that I started last week. When I say a little progress I mean I have only watched one more episode so I have now watched episodes 1-3 of season 1. It’s nothing like the book so right now I’m not really sure how I feel about it but I want to give it a chance so hopefully I can get a few more episodes watched in the next week.
Yesterday on a whim I decided to go see the movie Wonder. It came out I believe on the 17th and I just happened to remember it so I went by myself to see it because I have been dying to see it since I knew there was going to be a movie. I thought the movie was really cute and I did get a little emotional but once again the book was better than the movie. The movie is split up just like the book is and I just don’t think it worked as good on screen as it did in writing. I did still like the movie and I will definitely buy the DVD when it comes out.

I can normally only read 1 at a time. 4 is the most I have read at once and I am surprised that it’s working for me. I’m still not really sure about it yet.

Can’t wait to see what you think of All The Light We Cannot See. I’ve got it on my TBR shelf to read in the next month or two. It seems long but the chapters are short which is a big bonus for me!

I am reading it for Tome Topple. It’s a little over 500 pages but you’re right it has the short chapters so that’s a plus for me. I’m not that far into it so as of right now I’m not really sure of how I’m feeling about it. As of now I am not understanding all the hype this book has gotten. But like I said I’m not that far into it so I hoping I will start liking it more once I get further into it.
