Hello bookworms!!
I have been putting off doing this post all day because I don’t feel good today. I woke up this morning with somewhat of a sore throat and I feel like as I have gone through the day I am just feeling more and more like crap. I’ve started taking some medicine so I am hoping that when I wake up in the morning I want feel so bad but we will see if it actually helps. Not much else has happened this week. Me and my husband were both able to go to Tennessee on Thursday to visit with my family for a few hours. The drive up there was very stressful for me because I get very anxious driving places I’m not used to and I really hate driving on the interstate. I am fine with four lane roads but anymore than that and I kind of panic. The ride back however was great because the GPS took us on the scenic route. We only spent like 10 minutes on the interstate which was fine by me. Did I mention the view!! I live in the mountains but I don’t really get to see views like that very often. Anyways we are here to talk mostly about books so lets get into that. But first a picture of the view I’ve been talking about.
Books I’ve finished this week
So far I have finished 1 of the 3 books I wanted to finish by the end of the year. I thought this was a cute story and I want to read the second book but that probably want happen until next Christmas.
What I’m still working on
These are the last two books I want to finish this year. I’m currently on page 333/424 of You. As y’all know I have been trying to finish this book since like November. While I’m not enjoying it as much as I thought I would I am determined to finish it. As for No-One Ever Has Sex On Christmas Day I haven’t really made much progress on it. I’m only 12% through it and I don’t really have an opinion on it either way right now.
Miscellaneous
On the 21st the second half of season 3 of Fuller House came out on Netflix. Because I was in Tennessee I completely forgot about it until last night but that didn’t stop me from watching episodes 10 through 18. I finished most of them this morning.
