Weekly Wrap Up

Weekly Wrap Up 1/8 – 1/14

Wrap Up

Hello bookworms!!

Man these weekly wrap up posts always seem to sneak up on me. Unlike last week I haven’t had a particularly good reading week. That’s not to say that I haven’t been reading because I have. I’ve been reading three different books since my last weekly wrap up I just haven’t finished any of them yet. Me and my friend went out for lunch again this week but we decided to go get Mexican because we are both kind of burnt out on the pasta. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of what I got but it wasn’t as appealing as the pasta was. We also went and got our nails done. For me this was the first time I have gotten my nails professionally done in over a year. For some reason though at the beginning of the year I had a strong urge to go get them done so I did. I am the type of person who gets tired of my nail polish quickly so I decided to go with regular polish so I can change my color as frequently as I want. While writing this I have already changed my color.

Do y’all like these random pictures of stuff I do during the week or would y’all rather me just stick to the books? Lets get into what I’ve been reading this week.

Currently reading

I started reading the last two books pictured and I guess I just wasn’t in the mood for either one of them so I thought I would try to pick up another book. I picked up Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo and I have been flying through it. I plan on picking up the other two again hopefully sometime this week.

Up next

I am supposed to be reading One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins Reid with a buddy. My buddy is supposed to be getting back from her honeymoon today so as soon as I hear from her I will start this.

This week on the blog

  1. The only book I’ve heard of is Heaven is For Real, but I haven’t read it, and I most likely won’t be reading it. I’ve never heard of the other two and most likely won’t read those either seeing as how I don’t read romance. I’m currently reading The Dreadful Tale of Prosper Redding and I’m loving it. It’s a book that I definitely need to be reading after reading All The Light We Cannot See and Whichwood.
