Earlier this month I did a post on my yearly bullet journal spreads which if you missed it you can see it here. In that post I asked if y’all would be interested in my monthly spreads and several of you were so that’s what I am going to be sharing with you today.
First up I have my month at a glance spread. This is just a basic spread where I keep up with birthdays, holidays, appointments, readathons, etc.
Next up is my Habit Tracker. For this page I used some stickers from SunshineStickerCo on Etsy which you can find here and here. I use this spread to keep track of stuff that I want to do regularly. Most of the stuff I track is bookish like when I read or when I finish a book as well as social media stuff. I also have a couple of personal things that I track as well.
You are probably wondering why I have two different monthly pages. I use this calendar to keep up with my blog posts for each day. I try to have as many squares filled in a head of time as I can that way I have an idea of what I want to post. That was initially all I had on this page but if you remember in my other bullet journal post I had a 2018 Publications page but I realized that I didn’t give myself enough room in that spread so I had to add something into my monthly spreads. Instead of using another page I decided to add a section for new releases on this page which so far has been working out for me and gives me plenty of room.
Ok so I follow several blogs that post about their journal. I came across one with this spread although I changed it up a little to fit my needs but I can’t for the life of me find the person I got this idea from. If you know who has a spread like this or if you are the person who did this spread please let me know so I can give them/you credit. For this spread I just write down the names of the books that I want to read for the month and as I read them I color them in and then at the end of the month I will write down how many books I read and how many pages I read.
I needed a space to keep up with the books I get in a month and I wanted to be able to keep up with how I got them. I might change this spread at some point because as of right now I am not filling this up much at all.
Last up is my weekly spreads. Nothing special about these I just keep them simple because I am not creative or artistic and I really enjoy the simplistic look.
That’s pretty much it. I think I am going to be keeping my spreads the same throughout the year but I will change up the color and maybe add in some washi tape. I am sure I will think of other stuff that I want to track as the year goes on so once I get up enough to make another post I will post those but until then this will probably be my last bullet journal post.
