Monthly Wrap Up

February Wrap Up 2018

Wrap Up

Hello bookworms!!

I am going to share my February wrap up with y’all today. Unfortunately February didn’t go the way I hoped it would. I read for the first week or two and then I ended up in a major slump. I didn’t want to read or blog or do anything else besides watch Netflix which is precisely what I did. I also went out with my friend several times this month to get lunch. We mostly ate at our usual stops like Mexican and that pasta place but we did go to this newer place called Your Pie. It’s kind of like Subway where you build your own pizza. It was so good and I already want to go back. We also went and got our nails done again as well. I have a few bookish things to share with y’all but for the most part this wrap up will be mostly what I watched/did this month. Since I have decided to go back to monthly wrap ups this post might be a little long because I have a good bit to update y’all on so grab a snack and lets jump right it.

Watched

In February I watched a lot of Netflix because that’s all I wanted to do for some reason. I binge watched a lot of TV shows and watched a couple movies. I will leave links to YouTube if I can find them.

Teen Wolf Season 5 & 6

I used to watch this show every week when it came on but then for some reason after the 3rd or 4th season I just stopped watching it. When I saw that every season was available on Amazon Prime I decided to start watching them again so that I could refresh my memory of everything that happened before watching the seasons that I hadn’t seen. I started them sometime last year and then stopped again but in February I binge watched season 5 and 6. Both of which have 20 episodes a piece that are about 45+ minutes long. I am a huge fan of this show for multiple reasons but one reason that kept me coming back was Dylan O’Brien. Guys he is like my celebrity crush. These 2 seasons are probably my least favorites. Not because the story was bad but because Dylan O’Brien who plays Stiles by the way wasn’t in it as much. I understand why he had to take a step back but with him gone it wasn’t the same for me.

Charmed Season 2, 3, & 5

As you can see I skipped season 4. I did watch several episodes of season 4 but I got so tired of the story line that I decided to skip it. Not much else to say about this you all know that this is another show I am rewatching from the beginning.

Bring It On

I have watched every one of these movies multiple times. Some are better than others but overall I like them.

Bring It On: In It To Win It

This is probably my favorite of all of the Bring It On movies. Apparently this month I was in the mood to rewatch a lot of favorites.

Music

Sorry guys I couldn’t get it to let me paste the videos so I just left the links for them. These two songs I have been listening to over and over again all month.

  1. First if all, that pizza looks delicious! Second, I hear you on the slump. I think I only read 2 books all of February. Part slump and part life was just busy but sounds like you had a good time so that’s good. Lastly, I love Charmed. And I was into Teen Wolf until the girl who turns into a fox got introduced (not sure what season that is) then I kind of lost interest. Most of what I watched consisted of Once Upon A Time and Altered Carbon on Netflix and then Mozart in the Jungle on Amazon Prime. 😊

      1. Once Upon A Time is basically a real life version of fairytales melded. Altered Carbon is a very mature psychological, futuristic, mystery type of show. And then Mozart in the Jungle is a fun show revolving around orchestra music essentially. I have some really varied tastes when it comes to shows. I’ll watch almost anything, haha.

      2. I think I watched the first couple of episodes of Once Upon A Time a while ago but I never got drawn in. I have seen Altered Carbon on Netflix but again it never called to me. As for the other one I hadn’t heard of it before. I like a wide range of stuff as well.

    1. I’m glad I’m not the only o w who just felt like it was off without him. I know why he had to step back but it still sucked. Yes I never would have thought about them collaborating but it is such a good song and they do sound great together.

    1. I’m glad I’m not the only one that felt that way about the show. I thought maybe it was just me because if my obsession with Dylan O’Brien lol. Although I wouldn’t really call it an obsession. I rewatch some of them every now and the .
