Thank you so much Mischenko for the tag. I’m sure I don’t need to tell y’all to follow Mischenko but just in case you haven’t you definitely should. Thank you again Mischenko and sorry it took me so long to do.
Apparently there are no rules which is my favorite kind of tag.
Have you ever damaged a book?
Yes but not recently. When I was younger I didn’t care so I would dog ear pages and I have some books with cracked spines. Now though I try to be more careful.
Have you ever damaged a borrowed book?
The answer for this one is the same as the one above I did when I was younger but I am much more careful and considerate now.
How long does it take you to read a book?
It depends on the book I am reading and how into it I am. I read a book last month that took me the entire month to get through but I read a book this month that took me a total of 4 hours to read.
What are you currently reading?
Books that you haven’t finished?
I am assuming this means books that you started and haven’t finished but you plan on finishing them eventually so in that case those are…
Hyped/ Popular books you didn’t like?
Is there a book you wouldn’t tell anyone you were reading?
No I am not ashamed of what I read so I would happily tell people what I was reading. Would it be a bit awkward trying to explain something like Fifty Shades of Grey of course but I wouldn’t lie about it or hide it.
How many books do you own?
According to my Goodreads TBR Books I Own I have 212. That’s including physical books and ebooks. I am pretty sure this is up to date now so that should be a pretty accurate number.
Are you a fast reader or a slow reader?
I consider myself to be a slow reader maybe even an average reader.
Do you like to buddy read?
I love buddy reading. I’ve only buddy read with a few people but every month me and a friend of mine pick a book to buddy read and I enjoy it. I love being able to talk about a book as I am reading it with someone else who is also reading it.
Do you read better in your head or out loud?
I’ve never really tried reading out loud so I guess I’m going to have to go with in my head.
If you were only allowed to own one book, what would it be and why?
Ok so this is a very hard question to answer. How can you expect me to pick just one? That’s like picking your favorite child, it’s impossible. I guess if I had to choose one right this minute I would choose Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. I fell in love with this book when I read it and then read it again 3 days after I finished it. This is going to be one of those books I can read over and over again and never get tired of it.
Todays post is going up a little late and I am sorry about that. I’ve been running around all day so I have just gotten a chance to sit down and work on it. I hope y’all enjoy by confessions and if you haven’t done this tag yet then consider yourself tagged just please link back to me so I can see your bookish confessions.
