Hello bookworms!!
I was tagged by the amazing Naty from Naty’s Bookshelf to do the What’s In My Bookshelf Tag. Naty just so happens to also be the creator of this fun tag. Thank you so much for tagging me Naty. If you aren’t already following her blog what are you waiting for?
Rules:
- Link back to me so I can see everyone’s answers! (Naty’s Bookshelf)
- Also link back to the person who tagged you!
- Name one book for each category; try not to repeat books to make this more fun!
- Tag at least 5 people
A Library Book
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I just recently borrowed this book from the library and I’m currently reading it.
A Book You Got As a Gift
Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone illustrated edition by J.K. Rowling. My husband bought me the illustrated edition of the first book in the Harry Potter series this past Christmas.
A Childhood Book
Unfortunately I don’t have an answer for this one. I can’t remember what I read when I was a child and I do not have any books on my shelf from my childhood.
A Magical Book
Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare. I’m taking this in the literal sense so as in a book with magic.
A Romantic Book
Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. I can’t possibly do a tag without talking about Simon.
A Steamy Book
Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James. This is the first book that came to mind when I read that.
An Old Book
Until The End by Christopher Pike. I am pretty sure this book has been on my shelf the longest.
A Book That Makes You Happy and/or Laugh
Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco. I found myself laughing at the banter between Audrey Rose and Thomas so much throughout this book.
A Book That Makes You Emotional
The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks. I remember I cried multiple times while reading this.
A Book Whose Ending You Dislike
The Usurper King by Zeb Haradon. I like for the ending of a book to wrap things preferably with a HEA but that’s not the case here.
A Book You Wish Had Illustrations
Heir of Ashes by Jina S. Bazzar. I just recently finished this book and I think having some illustrations would have been very helpful with trying to visualize what all the different beings looked like.
A Book or Genre That You Love Reading When It’s Raining
I honestly don’t have any certain book or genre I like to read when it’s raining. I just read whatever I am currently reading at the time.

ThriceRead Jenn, Eden, or Caitlynn It doesn’t matter who does it. If you want to do it you all can. 🙂
I love those illustrated HPs! And I’ve only seen the movie of the last song, but it’s super emotional. Great answers- thanks for the tag!
