April 2018 Book Haul

Book Haul

Hello bookworms!!

I have a shorter haul for y’all this month. I only got four books this month and most of those I won in a couple giveaways. Lets start with the books I won in the giveaways.

Bring Me BackThe Raven BoysScarlet

The first giveaway I won was from Zuky BookBum. Because she ended up not liking Bring Me Back by B.A. Paris and actually DNFed it she decided to give her copy away. I entered not thinking I would actually win but I did. I’m excited to read it I just haven’t had the chance to pick it up yet.

The next giveaway I won was from Kristi Confessions of a YA Reader. She did a giveaway for reaching 750 followers on her blog. Once again I entered not thinking I would actually win but I did. The prize was a book of your choice up to $20 from Book Depository or Barnes and Noble. I was able to get two books. I went with The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater which I will be buddy reading with Payton sometime this month. I also got Scarlet by Marissa Meyer. I read the first book in this series in April and I am looking forward to continuing with the series.

Thank you so much to both Zuky and Kristi for gifting these books to me. I am so excited to read all of them.

I found Hearts Are Like Balloons written by fellow blogger Candace for free. I’ve been wanting to read it for a while so when I came across that I decided to go ahead and get it. Hopefully I will be able to get around to reading it sometime this year.

There we have it. That’s all the books I acquired in April. Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What books did you get in April?

      1. There’s so many posts you could start with. Me personally I started with 25 bookish facts about me. You can really start with whatever you want from a book haul to a wrap up or maybe even a list of some sort. There are also weekly men’s that you could do.

      2. I learned about the different memes from other bloggers who do them often. A meme that I used to do on Wednesday’s was WWW Wednesday where you answer the three Ws being What are you currently reading, what have you recently finished reading, and what do you plan on reading next. There’s also a Top 5 Wednesday post. You can look up those by searching the names and it should pull up everyone who has done those types of posts.
