Book Hauls

July 2018 Book Haul

Book Haul

Hello bookworms!!

I don’t have a whole lot to say in this intro so I am just going to jump right into the books I added to my virtual shelves this month. All of the books I got this month were either sent to me or I found them for free on Amazon.

NetGalley

#fashionvictim

I saw Sam from OneBookishGirl talk about this book on her Stacking the Shelves Sunday post and that tagline “Bitches get stitches” pulled me in so I went to NetGalley and downloaded it. It’s a “Read Now” book and it’s the first thing I have gotten from NetGalley this year.

Part Of Blog Tours

I participated in a review only blog tour hosted by R&R Book Tours for Screams You Hear by James Morris and you can read my review here. I read the first book in the Afton Morrison series last month and participated in the blog tour for it. The author was kind enough to provide the second book to those who participated in the blog tour. I have read it but I haven’t gotten around to writing my review yet.

Authors

I had several authors or someone on the authors team reach out to me this month either by email or on Instagram asking me to read and review their books and these are the ones I agreed to read. By the time you are reading this I hope to have read Sleep, Merel, Sleep and the other 2 I will be reading within a couple of months.

Free ebooks

I went a little crazy this month with the free ebooks but I couldn’t help it. Everyday I get an email from BookBub where they give me a list of books that are free or really inexpensive. Usually I am good about not getting all of the books but sometimes I cave. Also Megan from Page After Page has shared some posts this month talking about free ebooks and I have pretty much gotten every one that she has mentioned.

Have you read any of the books I mentioned? Did we haul any of the same books? What books did you get in July? Are you just as bad as me when it comes to free ebooks?

  1. My netgalley TBR has started to pile up so I started feeling guilty about it and decided I won’t download or request more books unless I do some justice and finish reading and reviewing all of the books I have on there 😊 on the contrary, I’ve been going mad with buying paperbacks from our bookstore! Haha
