Synopsis

Lara Jean didn’t expect to really fall for Peter.
She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren’t. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever.
When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean’s feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?

In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times bestseller To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that’s part of what makes it so amazing.

My Thoughts

I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I did the first book. Every character was so annoying to me. Like every single one of them. I don’t know maybe it’s because I listened to the audiobook of it and the narrator did a good job of depicting each character.

I have recently realized, while reading this book actually, that I get very annoyed with the non communication trope just to add drama to the story. Will I still read it yes but it drives me crazy. If the characters would have just talked to each other most of the issues could have been avoided. Also I was not happy with Peters choices in this book. In my opinion he was 100% in the wrong with the way he handled things.

I don’t really know what else to say about this book. I was extremely annoyed while reading it but I couldn’t stop reading it.

    1. Yeah if it’s not the sole purpose of all the drama in a book I can usually deal with it but if everything that happens in a book is because the characters just didn’t open their mouths and say something it makes me so mad. I definitely still want to read the next book I just have to get a copy first.
