The Cookie Book Tag

Tag

Hello bookworms!!

I am here today with another tag. I was tagged by Amber back in October to do the cookie book tag and I am just now getting around to doing it. I’m not the hugest fan of cookies but I do eat certain kinds every now and then. Thank you for the tag Amber!!

Chocolate Chip | A Classic Book That You Love or Really Enjoyed

Anne of Green Gables

Classics tend to be hit or miss for me but the one I have thoroughly loved and want to reread is Anne of Green Gables. This is my favorite classic that I have read so far.

Thin Mints | A Fandom That You Really Want to ‘Join’ and/or a Hyped-Up Book You Want To Read

throne of glass

I bought the entire boxed set of this series earlier this year and I still haven’t read it. People are all the time talking about it and I would love to finally read it. Who knows maybe I will start it in 2020.

Shortbread | An Author You Can’t Get Enough Of

See Me
For this I am going with my all time favorite author Nicholas Sparks. I own every single one of his books although I haven’t read all of them yet but I always love his books and I will continue to get them even without knowing what they are about. He can do no wrong in my eyes.

Samoas | An Emotional Rollercoaster

second chance summer
I cried so much while reading this book. I get teary eyed a lot while reading but I hardly ever full out cry. I cried like a baby several times while reading this.

Oreos | A Book Whose Cover Was Better Than The Story

The Devouring Gray

This book wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t amazing. To me it was just ok but this cover is stunning. the cover is what drew me to the book in the first place.

Tagalongs / Peanut Butter Patties | A Book That Wasn’t What You Expected

The Devil's Apprentice

This book was a complete surprise to me. I thought I would enjoy it but I never expected to love it as much as I did.

Snickerdoodles | A Book You May Never Stop Rereading / Loving

So I have some varied choices here. Of course Harry Potter is on this and I absolutely love Simon which you know I think it’s about time for a reread of that. The Fifty Shades trilogy is my most reread books. I haven’t reread them in a while though but I’m not apposed to it. And of course The Stalking Jack the ripper series I have no doubt I will reread all of them several times in the future.

That’s all for today. I’m not going to tag anyone but if you would like to do this tag then consider yourself tagged just link back to a specific post of mine so I can be sure to read your answers.

  1. I’ve heard a lot of people say The Devouring Grey didn’t live up to the hype. You’re right though about the covers! Both US and UK editions have such gorgeous covers.

Thanks for joining on the tag! 😀
