This Week In Books

My Week In Books 7/20 – 7/26

Hello bookworms!!

So I meant to put this post together this morning when I woke up but it slipped my mind and I am just now remembering it so sorry it is going up really late. I’ve had a normal reading week for me. I finished 3 books this week.

~ Recently Finished ~

The first one I finished was my buddy read of Anne of Avonlea which I am still thoroughly enjoying. I will say that this pretty much seemed like Anne of Green Gables told again but with some new characters. Anne is just so infectious though and I am loving it. I then finished The Wind Through the Keyhole which was definitely better than the previous book in the series but still I am not fully enjoying this series as much as I thought I would. Lastly I finished Pledge which was the 3rd book in the Palm South University series that I have been reading this month as part of a readalong and I am still really enjoying this series. My reviews for all of these will be going up soon hopefully.

~ Currently Reading ~

As of me writing up this post I haven’t started reading anything new yet but I am planning on starting something tonight.

~ Reading Next ~

I’m going to be starting Heir of Lies this week for an Instagram tour I am scheduled for on the 31st. I was supposed to share a review but I literally just got the book a day or two ago so I have changed it to a promo post and then I will share my review after I’ve finished it. I will also be reading the next book in the Palm South University series. There’s a new book coming out in this series I believe on the 30th which is a good thing because I need more. I am also beta reading a book for an author this week so I have a lot of reading to get done.

Have you read any of these books? What have you recently finished reading? What do you plan to read next? What are you currently reading?

  1. I wanted to read the Palm South University series (especially for the readalong) but I just wasn’t in the mood for romance books. I am glad you liked these books!
