This Week In Books

My Week In Books 11/9 – 11/15

Hello bookworms!!

I’m posting this today instead of tomorrow because I signed up for a blog tour post on Monday. It was another slow reading week for me guys, however I was able to actually finish a book so that’s a plus. The way things are going I don’t know if I will be able to reach my Goodreads goal for the year unless I read a lot of short books which I might end up trying to do in December. Anyways here’s what I’ve been reading.

~ Recently Finished ~

Alpha's Revenge

The only book I finished this week was Alpha’s Revenge by Catherine Stine. I was sent this book as part of an Instagram tour I signed up for and unfortunately it didn’t end up working for me. This book was the reason my reading has been so slow this month and it was only 167 pages. My full review will be posted eventually.

~ Currently Reading ~

Why yes Highland Fire by Veronica Sattler is still on this list and I’ve still only read 25 pages of it. I think if I haven’t picked it up by the end of the year I will just put it back on my shelf for later. I’m still only 20% into A Class Act by January James and 63% into Anne’s House of Dreams. Because I was focused on finishing Alpha’s Revenge I didn’t pick anything else up. I started Kingdom of the Wicked by Kerri Maniscalco last night and managed to read 80 pages of it. This was one of my most anticipated releases of the year and I can’t wait to see if I end up loving it like I think I will. So far I’m really enjoying it.

~Reading Next ~

These are the three books left on my TBR for the month so I will be going with one of these. I will most likely pick up Blanca & Roja as my physical read and Just Like Heaven as my audiobook read.

What books have you recently finished reading? What are you currently reading? What do you plan to read next? Have you read any of the books I mentioned?

  1. God how I miss those cold winter days curled up in bed lost in a good book. Gone are those days for awhile. Enjoy them while you can and read some for me.
