Monthly Wrap Up

November Wrap Up

Wrap Up

Hello bookworms!!

So my reading went downhill again this month. Luckily I’m not in another reading slump but other things have been taking up my time. Honestly there’s really only one thing that’s been keeping me from reading lately and that is the new series Julie and the Phantoms on Netflix. I’m not going to talk about it in this post because I have a whole post dedicated to it coming soon. Lets just say I became obsessed. So yeah I didn’t get a whole lot of reading done in November which is a bummer because if I want to reach my goal of 100 books in a year again I am going to have to read a whole lot in December and I just don’t see that happening. Anyways enough of me blabbing lets just get straight to the books.

Alpha’s Revenge by Catherine Stine **.5

Alpha's Revenge

Anne’s House of Dreams by L.M. Montgomery ****

Anne's House of Dreams

On Writing by Stephen King ****

Stats:

  • November # of books read – 3
  • Yearly # of books read – 83
  • November # of pages read – 790
  • Yearly # of pages read – 27,374
  • Favorite(s) – On Writing
  • Least Favorite(s) – Alpha’s Revenge

And that’s a wrap on November. If I want to reach my Goodreads goal of 100 books read in a year I am going to have to read 17 books in December and considering we are already a week into December and I haven’t finished a single book yet I highly doubt that’s going to happen. How was November for you? Did we read any of the same books? Are any of the books I read on your TBR?

  1. Sometimes you just have to take a break from reading and enjoy other things for a while. I know when my reading picked up m show watching went waaaay downhill (especially my Kdrama watching). It happens LOL. Enjoy your show!

  2. Ah! Julie and the phantoms! I started watching it but then I am so bad at tv shows…I left it lol. But I really liked it….I watched like 4 eps. I watched till the part where the boys didn’t turn up for her school gig…and they are apologizing. It’s okay not to be able to read an insane amount of books every month 😃

    1. I did that too. I’m usually bad about continuing on with shows unless I am really obsessed with them. I watched like the first episode of Julie and the Phantoms and then didn’t go back to it until I read Meeghans post about it and then I started it over and was obsessed. I have actually started watching it for the 6th time recently. Oh I know I’m not beating myself up over it.
