Today I am finally going to be sharing my birthday book haul with you guys. I shared my Amazon Wish List on Twitter not expecting anyone to send me anything at all but I got a few surprises in the mail. I also purchased some books myself so I will be sharing all of those with you today.
First up I am going to talk about the books that were gifted to me. I’ve already reached out to each of the people who gifted these to me and thanked them personally for their amazing kindness.
Brittany from BookishBeautyB over on Twitter gifted me the boxed set of the first three books in the A Twisted Tale series. Honestly I’m not sure what order these are supposed to be read in or if it even matters all I know is I can’t wait to start this series.
Next up Erin from Reading With Wrin gifted me Internment and On the Come Up. I’ve mentioned Erin several times on my blog because we have been buddy reading classics with each other for over a year now. We actually took a break from the classics to buddy read On the Come Up with each other and will probably do the same thing with Internment.
Last but certainly not least Luna from Bookish Luna gifted me Dear Martin. I am so excited for all of these books and hope to get to them all sometime in 2021.
Now it’s time to share the books I bought myself and it was a pretty good bit. I don’t buy a lot of books at once usually but every once in a while I will place a big order especially when they are all pretty inexpensive. Anyways here are the books I bought myself.
So I bought 10 books and I am pretty sure this was all under $50. I am excited to read all of these books. Some of them are part of series that I have already started and some are books that I have wanted for a really long time.
That’s 16 books that I got for my birthday all of which were physical books. I have made room for all of them on my bookshelf even though I was already out of room I think I have a knack for making room when there’s no room left. Anyways have you read any of these books? Which ones do you think I should get to sooner rather than later?
