November TBR

TBR

Hello bookworms!!

It’s that time again. Time to share my monthly TBR for November. I can’t believe I only have one more TBR left for the year after this. Where is the time going? Now that #Tropeathon is over I can go back to picking books based on my challenges for the year. I will say taking a little break from reading for all of the challenges was pretty nice and Tropeathon was a success but I am happy to get back to my challenges. I only have 9 books on my TBR for this month because I wanted to leave some room for some mood reads as well. I do hope to read more than 9 but we will see what happens. Anyways here are my reading plans for November.

City of Lost Souls – Erin and I are continuing on with our buddy read of The Mortal Instruments series. We are currently reading City of Lost Souls which is book 5. We might start on book 6 which is the last book in the series this month but I don’t think we will be finishing both of them.

Danse Macabre – This months #Keeperof King read is Danse Macabre which is a Non Fiction book. I don’t really know anything else about this book. I don’t usually read Non Fiction but after reading and loving On Writing last year I thought I would give this one a go.

The Stand – Why yes I am reading 2 Stephen King books this month. Most of the people in the #KeeperofKing group has already read this book but there were some of us who haven’t read it yet. Nina and I decided to buddy read it this month. I didn’t realize how freaking huge this book is. My copy is almost 1500 pages!! I hope I can keep up.

The Inevitable Collision of Birdie & Bash – I am so close to clearing out my NetGalley shelf. This is actually the last backlog book but I do have 1 other book I recently added that I plan to read next month. Anyways I did try to read this book a while ago but I didn’t get that far into it. I don’t really remember why I stopped reading it at the time but I’m going to attempt to read it again and hopefully get through it this time.

The Wish – This book was released in September but because I was participating in #Tropeathon in October I couldn’t fit it into my TBR until now. I can’t wait to read it. I’ve already had someone tell me it was so good and that I need to have tissues on hand.

Kingdom of the Cursed – This was released in October but just like the previous book I couldn’t fit it into my TBR until now and again I can not wait to read this. I have very high expectations for this book.

The House in the Cerulean Sea – I’ve been wanting to read a TJ Klune book for a while now and when I saw this was available on Scribd and it worked for a prompt for one of my yearly challenges I decided I would finally read it. This is going to fulfill the prompt “Title refers to a body of water” for the Bookbloggers 2021 Fiction Reading Challenge #BB2021FRC that is hosted by Lynne from Fictionophile. This wasn’t the book I originally had planned for this prompt but I decided to switch it out because I wasn’t in the mood for the book I originally chose.

The Woman In Cabin 10 – Luna gifted me a copy of this book back in February of 2020 and I thought it was about time I read it. I added this to my 21in2021 list for this reason and as I’ve said several times in this post already I can’t wait to read this one. Sorry it has taken me so long to finally get to this book Luna and thank you once again for gifting it to me.

The Shadows Between Us – Last but certainly not least is another book on my 21in2021 list. I can’t even tell you how long I have owned this book but it has been sitting on my shelves for to long unread and again I can’t wait to finally read it.

Well there’s my TBR for November. As I mentioned above I do hope to read more than this but we will see if that actually happens since The Stand is a massive book. Have you read any of these books? Are any of them on your TBR? What do you plan to read in November?

  1. I am loving Kingdom of the Cursed! I’m trying to take my time with it because I don’t want it to be over yet. LOL! I really think you’ll like The House in the Cerulean Sea, too. The Woman in Cabin 10 and The Shadows Between Us are books that I’d like to get to soon.
