I normally have posts go up at 7am but I didn’t have anything scheduled for today, so todays post is going up a little later than usual because I just woke up and I am having to put this post together now. Today’s post is a non-bookish one, but it is a Christmas-y post. I wanted to try to incorporate some Christmas related posts in this year’s blogmas and I’ve done a few. Anyways today I am going to be sharing some of my favorite Christmas songs. I have a Spotify playlist of just Christmas music and I have been listening to it nonstop since November 1. If I can figure out how to include my playlist I will otherwise I will just include some YouTube videos of some of my favorites as well as links to YouTube just in case the videos don’t work.
Yay I figured out how to add it. It wasn’t actually hard. You can have a scroll through if you want to see everything on my list. I usually have the shuffle button activated so that it plays random songs. As for some of my favorites here they are.
Little Drummer Boy by Pentatonix
This was actually the first song I ever heard by Pentatonix and it made me fall in love with them. I’m obsessed. If you scroll through my Spotify playlist you will find several of their songs on there. An honorable mention has to go to for KING & COUNTRY’s version of this song because I also really love it.
Mary Did You Know by Clay Aiken
The first time I ever heard this song was when Clay Aiken sung it. This was years and years ago now. I don’t even think he sings anymore. I also really love Pentatonix version of this song as well.
Mistletoe by Justin Bieber
So, I’m not a big Justin Bieber fan but there are some songs of his that I really like, and this is one of them. This is the only Christmas song I have heard by him, but I am sure there are more.
Sweater Weather by Pentatonix
Apparently, this post is turning into one about how much I love Pentatonix. This is a song I heard for the first time this year I believe. I pretty much love everything they come out with.
Ok I am going to stop here. Honestly. I love everything on my Spotify playlist otherwise they wouldn’t be on there. When did you start listening to Christmas music? What are some of your favorite Christmas songs? Any I should add to my play list?
