My Week In Books 5/30 – 6/5

Hello bookworms!!

I had another pretty uneventful week, so I am just going to jump straight into what I’ve been reading this week and what I hope to read next. Here’s what my reading has looked like this past week.

~ Recently Finished ~

I finished 2 books this week. The first one I finished was Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune. I buddy read this book with Jonny and our buddy reads and rants post is coming on Wednesday as well as my review. I will tell you I loved this book. Next up I finished Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel which I was buddy reading with Destiny. Overall, I did like this one, but I was left a little disappointed because I was expecting it to be more like Illuminae.

~ Currently Reading ~

As of right now I only have 2 books on the go, but I am sure I will eventually add more to this list. Erin and I are now buddy reading Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare. I’m currently 220 pages into this one and so far, not a whole lot has happened. It’s mostly been a recap at this point but it’s good. I’m also rereading Subject A36 by Teri Polen before I start on the second book The Insurgent. I needed to refresh my memory. I’m 45% into this and plan to finish it today.

~ Reading Next ~

As soon as I finish Subject A36 I will be starting The Insurgent. I am on the blog tour for this on Friday so keep an eye out for my review then.
