Monthly Wrap Up

May Wrap Up

Wrap Up

Hello bookworms!!

It’s time to wrap up another month. I can’t believe how close we are to being halfway through the year. In Aprils Wrap Up and Reviews post I mentioned that I was going to be doing my wrap up differently starting in May. In this post I’m just going to share the covers of the books and links to my reviews if I have posted them already. I might also start including what I am watching/listening to again if I have anything to share. I don’t have much to update y’all on from my personal life. May was a pretty uneventful month which after the way the year started for us, I am definitely not complaining about it. The only thing that stands out to me for May is that I now have to take allergy medicine. I have never in my life had issues with allergies but for some reason all of a sudden, this year I am. Beyond that I’ve just been reading, watching a couple of movies and bingeing my favorite TV Show. Here’s what May consisted of for me.

Watching

I’m going to be honest and tell y’all that the main reason I watched this movie is because of Dylan O’Brien. I love Dylan O’Brien and will watch anything he plays in. Was this an amazing movie? Unfortunately, no! However, I thought it was an ok movie and having one of my favorite actors in it definitely helped. I watched this on Amazon.

I signed up for the free trial of Paramount+ because I really wanted to watch this movie and I am so glad I did because I loved it. Some parts were a little cringy but overall, I thought this was a very funny movie and I could definitely see myself rewatching it.

I hadn’t planned on keeping Paramount+ but I was scrolling through the shows they had available and when I saw NCIS I knew I was going to keep it. I have been waiting years for Netflix to add more seasons of NCIS, but they never did. I have been watching it every single day since I signed up. I’m currently catching up on the seasons I haven’t seen yet and I’ve already made it through 2 seasons. Just 2 more available. If you didn’t know this is one of my all-time favorite TV shows. I know that Mark Harmon who plays Gibbs eventually leaves the show and honestly, I am not looking forward to that. Once that happens, I will probably stop watching the show.

That’s all I have to share with Y’all today. I try to have all of my reviews posted before I share my wrap up posts, but I am behind on reviews. Once I get them posted I will update this post with the links for those that are missing. Did we read any of the same books? Did we watch any of the same movies or shows?

    1. I know I can’t believe we are already halfway through the year. Time sure is flying by. If it wasn’t for a reading group I joined I wouldn’t have read as many King books as I have. He’s hit or miss for me but I enjoy reading his books with the group. Yes seeing Daniel Radcliffe as a villain was definitely different and fun. Thank you I hope you have a great June as well. Happy reading!!
