First off, I want to apologize to the author and Rachel’s Random Resources for posting this late. I was supposed to share it on Thursday the 4th but I had a family emergency that took me out of town for a few days. I’m excited to finally be sharing my review for A Wedding at Sandy Cove by Bella Osborne today.

Escape to Sandy Cove, where the scent of summer and the sound of wedding bells is in the air!
Ella is in the business of making brides’ dreams come true with yards of white tulle, delicate lace and sparkly sequins.
But Ella’s own love life couldn’t be further from a fairy tale. Recently dumped by her boyfriend and with her best friend’s wedding only months away, Ella feels more alone than ever so she finally accepts her friends’ offers to set her up on a blind date.
But a mix up on the night throws her into the path of Kit, instead.
Kit is most definitely not the man she was supposed to meet, but he could end up changing her life in ways she never thought possible…
This is my first book by this author, and it definitely won’t be my last. This book gives you a little bit of everything. We have some drama, action humor and of course a romance. Ella is our main character and at the beginning she’s a little bit of a doormat. Everyone pretty much walks all over her because she is a people pleaser and never stands up for herself. I loved seeing her grow in that aspect and I loved the romance between her and Kit although I wish it would have happened a little sooner, but I get why it didn’t. I laughed a few times all throughout the book. I love when books make me laugh. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and I look forward to reading more by this author.
My Rating: 4 stars
