Hello bookworms!!
I am so glad that October is over, and November is here for multiple reasons honestly but mainly because I finally get a break from blog tours which I’ve been needing for a while now. I have one book to read for a blog tour this month and then I am done for the rest of this year. I do need to catch up on NetGalley books and books that were sent to me with no deadlines though, so I am not completely out of the woods yet. This month there is another round of Tropeathon coming but I am not going to be sharing my TBR for that in this post. This is just books I need to read and books I want to read.
Fairy Tale – This is the November pick for the #KeeperofKing group over on Instagram that I participate in every month. As is the case with all of King’s books I am going in blind so I know absolutely nothing about this book but I’m looking forward to finding out if it will be one I enjoy.
The Placeholder – This is the book I need to read for a blog tour this month. My stop is tomorrow so keep an eye out for my post then.
Dreamland – This was released a couple of months ago and I really want to read it so I am going to try to get to it this month. I really don’t want it to end up like last years release still unread a year later.
Kingdom of the Feared – This is another book that released a couple of months ago and I am dying to read it so I’m going to try working it in this month. I need to know how this is going to end.
Nightshade – This is the Lost in Romance Book Club pick for November. This is a book club I cohost with Michelle (she’s also my cohost for Tropeathon). Each month we pick a romance and read it and talk about it on Goodreads. I read the synopsis of this when Michelle first suggested it, but I don’t remember so I am going in blind.
Book Lovers – This was the Lost in Romance Book Club pick for July. I ended up not being able to fit it in then and I’ve been trying to get to it ever since. Hopefully November will finally see me being successful.
The Girl Who Belonged to the Sea – This was the Lost in Romance Book Club pick for September and just like with Book Lovers I wasn’t able to get to it and I am determined to read all of our book club books for the year so here’s to me hopefully catching up. I only have 3 to read so that’s not bad at all.
Chasing Ghosts – The author sent me a copy of this book to review back in June. I told her I would try my best to get to it in a timely manner, but I wasn’t promising anything and here we are 5 months later finally having time to fit it onto my TBR. Just from the title it sounds like it is perfect for this time of year anyways
Light from Uncommon Stars – This is the Books Out of the Blue book club pick for this month. I’m hoping I will be able to participate in the book club this month but if it doesn’t happen that’s fine too.
There’re only 9 books on this TBR but I am kind of hoping I can get through these and some others as well but we will see what happens. This also doesn’t include my TBR for #Tropeathon which I will be sharing closer to the start date which is November 14th if you want to join us.
Yay for Book Lovers! I think you’ll enjoy it. I hope I can read Kingdom of the Feared and Fairy Tale by the end of the year.
I hope you enjoy all of these, Misty!
