Hello bookworms!!
It’s time to share what my reading has looked like this week. I feel like I haven’t gotten a whole lot of reading done but when I went and looked at what I’ve read I did manage to finish 2 books, so I’ve read more than I thought. Anyways I won’t bug y’all on what else I have been up to this week because y’all have already heard all about it at this point, so I am just going to jump straight into the books.
~ Recently Finished ~
As I mentioned I only finished 2 books this week. The first book I finished was Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare which I’ve been buddy reading with Erin. We are still making our way through her books. I think we have 6 of her books left to read not including any new ones she will be coming out with. Anyways I did enjoy this book for the most part. There were some things that made me really happy and there were some things I wasn’t all that happy with, but I am hoping we will get more from certain characters in other books. I then read Of Deceit and Snow by Ashley W. Slaughter. All I am going to say about this one right now is that I did like it but nowhere near as much as I did the first book. I will be sharing a full review on it soon so keep an eye out for it.
~ Currently Reading ~
So as has been the case for several weeks (months?) now I haven’t read any of A Very Large Expanse of Sea by Tahereh Mafi, but I do plan on finishing it by the end of the year. Let’s just hope I can actually make that happen. I did start Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward but I’m only 21% into it so I don’t really have much of an opinion on it yet.
~ Reading Next ~
I haven’t shared my December TBR yet, so I don’t want to spoil that yet but y’all know I read a Stephen King book every month so I’m not really spoiling that. This month’s #KeeperofKing readalong book is The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. It’s one of his shorter books and I’m looking forward to reading this one.

I’m reading He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not and listening to Friendshipped. Although I am liking them both I wish I wasn’t reading them at the same time because they are very similar ~ friends to lovers, working together and living close by. So I’m really needing to take notes, so I don’t mix them up 😂

Thank you so much. I haven’t heard of either of those but just based off the titles alone I’m going to have to go and look them up and possibly add them to my TBR. Yeah I don’t like reading similar books at the same time because it’s easy to get them confused.

Who is the author of He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not? I looked it up and there’s more than one book with that title.

I love Clare’s books that I’ve read, but most of them are a heavy time investment. But they’re worth it. Have a great week, Misty!
