I read so many books this week. I don’t think I have ever read this much in one week. Most of these are really short so that’s why I was able to read so much. I read a few children’s book this week to get a head start on a read-a-thon I will be participating in next month. Out of the books I read I would say that Heart’s a Mess by Kylie Scott and The Elite by Kiera Cass were my favorites.
I didn’t quite finish this during the 7in7 Read-a-thon but I did start it last night. I got 28% of the way through it and I am hoping I can finish it sometime today.
Honestly I don’t know what I am going to read next. I’m just going to focus on finishing Sleep, Merel, Sleep and then I think I might take a day or two off from reading because I have been reading like crazy this month.
Credit as always to The Book Date. I will be out of town this time next week so I want be doing an IMWAYR post but I will be back with this post the following week. Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What have you been reading lately? What are your reading plans for the week?
That’s sooooooooo many books 😂

Oh my gosh, I feel your struggle! I have to get through a few books too before the month or the week ends. I’m currently reading I never lie by Jody sabral and the widows of Malabar Hill by Sujata massey. I hope to finish at least one by end of the week lol!

I haven’t heard of either of those. Good luck I hope you are able to finish them and I hope you are enjoying them.

Yeah I was allowed to download one on netgalley and the other is a book recommendation from modern Mrs darcy’s summer reading challenge this year. I hope they both are good😊 both seem to be mysteries so far involving female leads😊

It took me 9 months to finish it. I wasn’t reading it the entire 9 months but that’s when I first started it. I literally listened to like a chapter at a time. I couldn’t do any more than that.

That it is. It’s over 1000 pages. I happy that I can now say that I have read it even though I didn’t like it at all.

I watched the movie a few month back but I honestly don’t really remember it. Now that I’ve finished the book I want to watch it again.

Watch it again and maybe write a blog post on book vs movie???

That’s a good idea. I’m not sure I will be very good at it though considering how long it took me to read the book. I’ve probably forgot half of what happened lol.

I think IT is the longest book I’ve ever read. I have read long books that came in at 870 pages and I actually enjoyed that one.

You had an awesome reading week, so happy that you finally finished reading It. I know you have been wanting to finishing that book for a while. I am currently reading the third book in a series on Eleanor Roosevelt by Blanche Wiesen Cook. I am really liking it, I am hoping to get that finished in the next few days since I have vacation days.
