Tor.com Thursday Short Story Review: Shape Without Form, Shade Without Color by Sunny Moraine

Tor.com Thursday's

Hello bookworms!!

I hate that I have missed the past couple of Tor.com Thursday posts but I am back with another one today. Zuky @ BookBum is the mastermind behind this meme. If you haven’t followed her blog yet you should definitely go follow her. She is such a kind person and her blog is amazing.

This Weeks Tor.com Short Story was Shape Without Form, Shade Without Color by Sunny Moraine

From Tor.com

Haunted by starlings in the dark, a young woman spirals into an altered state of consciousness.

My Thoughts

When I first started reading this I was kind of confused but the more I read the more I understood what was going on. I think the author did an amazing job at portraying the imagery but sadly this just was just an ok read for me. There was just to much left to the imagination for my liking. I think it could have been better with some more explanations as to what was going on and why it was happening.

Next weeks Tor.com read is going to be The Last Novelist (or A Dead Lizard in the Yard) by Matthew Kressel.
