About Me:

Lets see, it’s so hard coming up with something about myself especially when I have shared so much with y’all already. I don’t want to keep repeating myself so I am going to try to come up with 3 facts about me that I haven’t shared already but it’s possible that I might repeat one so please forgive me for that.

Ok so I am the youngest of 5 kids. I have 1 brother and 3 sisters. I remember when I was a kid I used to get this subscription in the mail of little kids books but I can’t for the life of me remember what it was called. When I was little I loved reading but as soon as it became mandatory for school I hated reading and didn’t start reading and enjoying it again until after I graduated high school. I was the first one in my family to graduate high school and go on to college and graduate. I am married and have been for 6 years. Me and my husband met when I was in high school so we have been together for a total of 11 years. I have 4 fur babies, 3 dogs and a pot bellied pig which just showed up out of the blue one day and never left. Yeah I think that’s enough for now lol. I have pretty much just told you about my whole life in a nutshell.

Luna’s Questions:

1.) What is your favorite time of the year?

I have always said December/winter was my favorite because I love the snow plus it’s my birthday and Christmas but after last year I just can’t bring myself to love it as much as I used to.

2.) What is your favorite bookish memory?

Honestly I don’t really have any bookish memories because all I do is sit at home and read. I have never been to a book event or anything. I guess I would say just joining the bookish community and connecting with other people around the world with the same interests as me.

3.) What is the first book you remember reading?

Ok I know I read books when I was younger but my memory is so bad that I can’t remember the names of the books I read. I am pretty sure that I read The Lovely Bones in high school for an assignment.

4.) If you could have everyone read one book what would it be?

Honestly just getting someone to read any book would be perfectly fine with me but just to choose one I would say Girl Out of Water by Laura Silverman.

5.) What book character do you relate to the most?

Will Traynor from Me Before You and Lincoln from Girl Out of Water. These are the only two books I have ever read that had a character with physical disabilities.

Kathy’s Questions:

1.) If you were obliged to reread one book every month for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Oh gosh you start off with the hardest question. If I had to reread one book every month I think I would go with any of Nicholas Sparks’ books. I can never grow tired of his books.

2.) What bookstore do you definitely want/need to visit one day?

I am kind of cheating here but I am going to say all of them. Where I live we don’t have an actual bookstore so I would love to be able to visit all of the bookstores that I here y’all talking about.

3.) If you have to pick one book from you bookshelves to burn or destroy, which would it be?

Nope I would never burn a book no matter how awful I thought it was. I did however take a book apart to use the pages in photos because I didn’t like the book. That book was Love the One You’re With by Emily Giffin.

4.) How many and what reading challenges are you participating in this year?

I am participating in the Goodreads Reading Challenge, The Beat the Backlist Challenge, Pages Read challenge, ReReadIt Challenge, and the Alphabet Soup Challenge so that’s a total of 5 challenges for the year.

5.) How many books are on you TBR —the physical and digital one combined?

Oh gosh I have no clue and I couldn’t even begin to count them all because some are packed up at the moment so I am going to take a guess and say I am pretty close to 200 books that are on my TBR shelves.

My favorite post:

As y’all know I am not really good at reviews but I really loved my review for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Again I am not going to be tagging anyone this time around because I have some posts coming up that I am going to be tagging several people for and I don’t want to keep bombarding people with tags.

  1. Yay for your answers! I love how nobody really wants to destroy / burn a book, haha.
[Secretly I’m also waiting for someone to really say “YES, BURN THIS ONE.” so I can react by saying “You evil person!” but.. Nope, nobody.]

    Love your answers! ^-^

    1. Lol what you want to know? IDK how much I will be able to tell you but I can try. It showed up in our yard making our dogs go crazy. It was just a tiny thing and we tried to catch it so we could give it some water and it managed to get in the pin with our dog Tipp and that is where she has stayed. Now she is huge compared to what she was when she showed up lol!
