Weekly Wrap Up

Weekly Wrap Up 10/8 – 10/14

weekly wrap up

Hello bookworms!!

If you follow me on Twitter than you saw where I have decided to take the rest of the month off from blogging. I have been off this month so instead of pushing myself to put out post everyday I’ve decided to give myself the rest of the month to get back to normal and come back fresh in November. I will probably Have a post go up here and there but for the most part I want be posting. Now lets get into this weeks wrap up.

Books I’ve started

As y’all know I decided to read IT by Stephen King this month. I had it all planned out. I knew how many pages I needed to read each day to be able to finish it by the end of the month. I need to read at least 37 pages a day to finish it this month so I should be on page 555 unfortunately I am only on page 146. So as you can see I am way behind. So I have decided my goal for this book is now to just finish it by the end of the year. Surely three months is enough for me to be able to finish it.

I started Watching Glass Shatter by James J. Cudney Friday. I have only read 14% of it but I can’t wait to continue on with it cause I really want to know what happens. James is a fellow blogger that I have been following for several months now and this is his debut novel. He is also working on another Novel.

Miscellaneous

This week I have been binge watching a couple shows. One of them is 7th Heaven which I have been watching for a couple weeks now. I finished up with season 3 and started season 4. I’ve only watched the first few episodes of season 4 because I started watching another show and got hooked on it again.

I Started watching Teen Wolf again. I just picked up where I left off. Just made it through the first half of season 3 right before I started typing up this post. I can’t get enough of this show since I started watching it again. Plus it doesn’t hurt that Dylan O’Brien stars in it.

  1. Just read Turtles All The Way Down and now I need more of Green’s books. Or, maybe all of them.
As for shows; I finished watching season 7 of The Vampire Diaries! Season 8 isn’t on Netflix yet, so I’ll have to wait for that one, but in the meantime: The Originals!
And I might watch Teen Wolf from the start as well.. After that.. Hm..

Anyway, have fun reading! And we’ll see you when you get back to the blogosphere! 🙂

    1. I’ve been curious about Johns new book. I have hear some people have liked it and some haven’t. I still haven’t managed to get past season 4 of The Vampire Diaries. I think it’s because I’m not a fan of Damon and Elena together. I have always been team Stefan and the fact that I know they don’t get back together doesn’t help either. As for the Originals I’ve never watched that show. I was never a fan of the Originals when they were on TVD.

Thank you. I will still be reading everyone’s posts and commenting I just want be making any posts of my own.

      1. I’ve only heard people raving about it, to be honest. Maybe I should look up the people who have another opinion. I always like reading those and finding out what others don’t like about a book I love.

I’m definitely a Damon-girl, haha. As for The Originals, Klaus grew on me pretty fast and Elijah even more so. But I get why you wouldn’t watch the show if you didn’t particularly like them in the first place.
