Hello bookworms!!
It feels so good to be reading again. I managed to finish 3 books this week which is normal for me. Anyways enough yammering lets just jump into the post shall we.
~ Recently Finished ~
The first book I finished was Wolves of the Calla by Stephen King and you can read my review for it here. It took me over a month to finish it and I am glad I finally did. Next I read The Case of the Missing Marquess by Nancy Springer and you can read that review here. This was a spontaneous read for me. I picked it up at Walmart but wasn’t planning to start reading it but I ended up starting it the same day I bought it which pretty much never happens. Lastly I finished Cujo by Stephen King. I just finished this one yesterday so I don’t have a review for it yet. I will say the last half of this book was way better than the first half and it made me enjoy it a little more.
~ Currently Reading ~
I’m still only 25 pages into Highland Fire and 12 pages into Fairest so no progress on those yet but I do plan to continue that at some point. I’m also still only 103 pages into Anne of Windy Poplars but I will be picking it back up today. I also randomly started reading A Class Act one night after my husband went to bed because I wasn’t ready to go to bed. I only managed to read the 1st chapter which was 6%.
~ Reading Next ~
This is the same as last week since I was mostly focusing on reading what I already had going I didn’t start on these but again I still plan to.
What have you recently finished reading? What are you currently reading? What do you plan to read next?
Yoohoo baby you are out of your slump

If heard of that author but I’m not sure if I’ve heard about the book. It sounds familiar though. Gonna have to look it up. Glad you’re enjoying it.

I went and looked it up and apparently I have already added it to my want to read shelf on Goodreads.

I’ve read many of her books. What I like about her is she brings you inside her main charActer. I feel as if I’m in the characters brain…she makes me feel the emotions

I’ve read some of her Darcy and Rachel series and I remember enjoying it. I love when authors make you feel the emotions.

I liked the movie version and was bummed they never did a sequel!

Same here. I hate when they do adaptations of books in series and then don’t continue on with the next one.

I didn’t even know about the Enola Holmes series until the movie on Netflix – which I really enjoyed.

Yes and it’s about time lol!! Thank you it’s nice actually making progress again. From what I’ve read so far I’m still enjoying it but I have a little issue with it.
